Cutting down on food waste is an integral part of our sustainability platform. 

CHICAGO: Food left over from our Chicago location is donated to Pacific Garden Mission. Since 1877, Pacific Garden has been working to provide over 2,000 meals per day, 365 days a year, for community members in need. 

NEW JERSEY: In our New Jersey location, we donte leftover food to the Campus Kitchen at St. Peter's University. To date, Campus Kitchen has served over 90,000 meals to low inccome families from the United Way of Hudson County, Hope House, Magnificent House, Mary's Place, Garden State Episcipol Drop In Center, Haven Center for NJ Youth, and St. Lucy's Homeless Shelter.
