As our overarching wellness and sustainability platform, ForLife represents R/A’s approach to wellbeing. ForLife was designed by our team of Registered Dietitians (RDs) to provide you with education to make informed decisions for personal and environmental health, and with encouragement to cultivate maintainable wellbeing practices for life.
ForLife has four pillars:
NOURISHMENT – Focused on food. RADISH, Superfoods, and any wellness-oriented culinary programs are included.
SUSTAINABILITY – Provides education on how R/A is involved in sustainable food practices AND how to make sustainable choices in our day-to-day lives.
MOVEMENT – Provides encouragement to move in fun, creative and flexible ways. Activity challenges and education provided to promote life-long health.
RESILIENCY – The remainder of wellness practices: mindfulness, sleep, community involvement, self-care, etc.
