    The People
    Our Mazzone Hospitality catering and business dining staff is of a world class caliber. We invest, and will continue to invest, in the training and development of our individuals. Our staff travels around the country to consistently bring cutting edge ideas and menu items to all that we do. Mazzone Hospitality expects our teams to always do the following when it comes to customer service and building a team:

    The Food
    Mazzone Hospitality currently has 8 exclusive event venues, an extensive off-premise catering division and 13 business dining accounts and is ranked by the Albany Business Review as the Capital Region’s largest catering company. All of our units offer the total package when it comes to food. Our culinary philosophy is “if we offer great food and great service, everything else will fall into place.” We live this motto by hiring passionate culinary professionals and providing them with the highest quality ingredients to produce an amazing product. We provide guidelines for purchasing proteins, starches and vegetables within a parameter that allows us to be fiscally responsible as well as continuously cutting-edge. 

    The Experience
    There is no question that choosing the same place to dine every day can get boring. Because of this, we have created brand standards in marketing that allows us to engage the guests in special events, chef demos and culinary inspired promotions that will make them excited to see what is happening day after day. A visit to Rathskellar should be an experience all in itself with inviting colors, electrifying aromas and welcoming faces as you walk through the door. With a well-rounded experience, beginning with your greeting and ending with a mouthwatering entrée, our guests will begin to recognize the student union as a destination allowing them to escape from their work or school day as they sit back, relax and enjoy their meal time.

    DEDICATION TO THE CAPITAL REGION
    In January of 2015, Mazzone Hospitality opened its new Corporate Headquarters in Clifton Park, NY, aligning all forces under one roof. This space offers a common place for the executive suite, catering sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, event design, and PRIME Business Dining  to collaborate and support each other.
     
    With Angelo’s roots in Scotia at Peggy’s and the Glen Sanders Mansion, it has always been part of the business model to grow responsibly first and foremost within the Capital Region. We have found that the frequent interaction employees receive with their management teams and Angelo himself allows for an open line of communication and support unlike any other food service vendor.​
