With over a decade of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Dana has led kitchens in some of New York City’s most distinguished dining spaces. After two years as a Sous Chef under Chef Michael Fraino, she took on the role of Executive Chef at a renowned cultural institution, where her leadership earned the dining room a prestigious “Diners’ Choice” award and media recognition. She later helmed culinary operations for a top-tier law firm before transitioning to a leading financial institution in 2018. In 2022, she was honored with an industry award for her contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Dana has trained in esteemed kitchens such as JoJo in NYC, Bernard’s in Ridgefield, CT, and The James Beard House. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their golden doodle puppy at home in Yonkers, NY.
