  • Noelle Guagliardo | General Manager

    ​Noelle Guagliardo, General Manager with Restaurant Associates, oversees all Restaurant Associates operations at 50 Hudson Yards. Joining RA in 2022, she drives process improvements and cost-effectiveness. Her extensive hospitality career began at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), progressing to Food and Beverage Operations Manager, where she directed beverage programs and created wine/cocktail menus. Noelle's beverage expertise is featured in "Exploring Wines, 3rd Edition" and Food & Wine Magazine. She also managed POS systems and led event production, showcasing a broad skill set for operational excellence.​

    Victor Tiburcio, Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates, is responsible for leading the culinary experience within The Market and Catering at 50 Hudson Yards. His journey began at Restaurant Associates, then advanced to the Rainbow Room in NYC, and later to the prestigious Mandarin Oriental. Victor's passion for international cuisine shines through in his bold flavors and use of fresh, vibrant ingredients. He is dedicated to elevating the culinary experience at 50 Hudson Yards.​

    Sheldon Henry, Assistant General Manager with Restaurant Associates, is responsible for managing Restaurant Associates' financial accounts at BlackRock 50 Hudson Yards complex. Sheldon's career with Restaurant Associates began in 2003. He has demonstrated strong financial acumen and leadership, starting as a Retail Manager and Controller for key accounts. His extensive experience with RA includes working with prominent clients such as McKinsey & Co., The Federal Reserve Bank, and NewYork Presbyterian Hospital. Sheldon's deep understanding of financial operations and commitment to excellence are vital to Restaurant Associates' success at BlackRock 50 Hudson Yards.​

    Gisela Garay, Retail Director with Restaurant Associates, oversees The Market, Market Express, Pantries, and Beverage & Snack program, plus related marketing and communications. Joining RA in 2018, her journey includes Operations Manager at The Met Museum and Senior Operations Manager at Google NYC. Gisela is a proven operations and marketing leader in the hospitality industry, known for building cohesive teams and delivering exceptional service. Her passion drives innovative strategies to enhance customer experiences and boost brand engagement.​
